BEI starts from specialist expertise in the field of electrical installation design, from which it has developed an efficient plant maintenance model that involves not only electrical installations but also integrated systems linked to the building.

The efficiency of BEI is maximized on interventions on large sizes. The solutions we propose have been implemented thanks to the experience and the creation of projects based on a retail approach.

Maintenance Engineering

The Customer is assisted by a maintenance program tailored to the specific needs of the installations and previously agreed upon based on the Customer Core Business.

Starting from its current state, we carry out a detailed study of the data and of the installation in order to propose a routine maintenance program optimised for the specific installation, so as to guarantee continuity of service with maximum efficiency.
Maintenance data is processed periodically by our engineers, in order to propose and evaluate corrective actions with the Customer to guarantee continuous improvement.

We provide teams of qualified technicians to be able to intervene as quickly as possible in the event of extraordinary maintenance. Assistance is guaranteed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to ensure a solution to the problem in the shortest possible time.
The maintenance is remotely managed by an Information System that allows punctual planning of ordinary and preventive maintenance (in the face of an installation survey) and a real time control of extraordinary interventions. Customers are constantly informed of KPIs related to the progress of activities.

Installation & Energy Management

Our main objectives in terms of energy saving are based on the management of electrical and thermal installations. Through a survey of the installations we are able to monitor and verify energy consumption, document events, highlight any alarming conditions and carry out corrective actions to significantly improve the plant's operation and its efficiency in terms of yield.

Global Service and Facility Management:

Always attentive to the needs of the Customer, we are responsible for the integrated management of the services offered, distribution of the resources to be used and control of result efficiency. Continuous sourcing, aimed at identifying new techniques and technologies, also enables us to actively support the achievement of corporate objectives. By activating Full Service contracts, Global Service, we relieve the Customer of any problems arising from the management of the facility.
