Maintenance data is processed periodically by our engineers, in order to propose and evaluate corrective actions with the Customer to guarantee continuous improvement.
We provide teams of qualified technicians to be able to intervene as quickly as possible in the event of extraordinary maintenance. Assistance is guaranteed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to ensure a solution to the problem in the shortest possible time.
The maintenance is remotely managed by an Information System that allows punctual planning of ordinary and preventive maintenance (in the face of an installation survey) and a real time control of extraordinary interventions. Customers are constantly informed of KPIs related to the progress of activities.
